    • We accept payments via  credit/debit cards/UPI/Net Banking and Cash on Delivery

    • Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

    • Orders are processed within 1–2 days after payment confirmation.

    • Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to courier delays.

    • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed before order confirmation.

    • All products are carefully packed before dispatch, Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

    • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order directly on the courier’s website.

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided shoes are unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days after inspection of returned items.

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
